About The Country PA

Katy launched The Country PA back in 2016 to bring a localised high end Concierge service to West Sussex and the surrounding area.

With experience gained from over twenty five years working in high end concierge, PA and event management roles, Katy saw an opportunity to set up a freelance business to offer these services on an hourly basis.

Having lived in and around Midhurst all her life, she has spent many years building a local network of the very best in local suppliers which, when placed all together, creates an exclusive ‘little black book’ of contacts.  Discretion has always been at the heart of Katy’s approach and has enabled her to maintain the very highest of standards throughout all her work.

Katy has gained valuable experience working with a wide variety of clients and has held various senior roles over the last twenty five years, from wedding planning at the 5-red star Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa in Bagshot Surrey through to a corporate hospitality manager for Bell Pottinger in the City. Katy has also been Executive PA for other High Net Worth individuals, High Profile Personalities, Chairmen, Board Directors and Chief Executives.

Various individual event experience comprise arranging a high profile charity fundraising event at Rolls Royce Headquarters in West Sussex for The South Downs National Park Trust and arranging a charity celebrity golf day hosted by Sir Richie Richardson at Cowdray Park Golf Club, raising over £17,500 for the island of Barbuda following its devastation from Hurricane Irma; Also other event experience in arranging private parties and weddings.

Katy has also in the past run senior executive hospitality programmes tasked with engaging board level executives; activities comprised corporate golf days, game shooting days and annual fly fishing trips as well as a series of networking dinners along with more traditional sporting fixtures hospitality around Wimbledon, The Six Nations and International Cricket Tours.  

Katy has more recently spent many years growing a local network of connections and is thrilled to be able to work in the area she has grown up and loves passionately.
